Rates and Insurance

To ensure the highest level of confidentiality and privacy in therapy, I do not directly accept any form of insurance. This decision is rooted in my commitment to maintaining a secure and discreet therapeutic environment for my clients. However, I understand the importance of accessibility to care,  and I'm happy to provide you with documentation including a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company for any potential out-of-network reimbursement. This approach allows my clients to seek reimbursement options while preserving the private nature of our sessions, ensuring that the details of our work together remain between us.
