Josh Kaplan, LCSW

OCD and Anxiety Specialist (Illinois and Washington)

Hi, I'm Josh Kaplan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Therapist specializing in the treatment of Anxiety and OCD. With over 10 years of experience, I've empowered many to reclaim their lives from these disorders. My own journey through anxiety not only deepens my empathy but fuels my passion for this work. Outside of treating Anxiety and OCD, my passions include backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and spending time with my wife and daughter.

Starting therapy for anxiety or OCD takes a lot of courage. I recognize the uncertainty you may be feeling and always try my best to create a comfortable atmosphere where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I'm non-judgemental, easygoing, and open to various ways of seeing the world.
